The Revised Kolyarut
This came of a discussion Tshern and I had, as we felt that monsters above a certain level basically stopped performing except in very specific conditions. This did not work for us, and we felt we had to amend this. Hence, this.

Some of the most important changes involve changing feats for stuff that actually matter and raising ability scores (and removing all odd scores). The AC is quite decent, although definitely not a strength of the monster in question.
Essentially, hit invisibility, toss Enervation and reactivate Invisibility. A DM might want to stick Quicken SLA there somewhere for either of those abilities.

Looks like good work, and I can see how that would make a sensible CR12 monster. It's true to the original material and still neatly improved.
