This is the Reddie standard B/BG, level by level.

The Dark Bard
Human

STR 17
CHA 16

Others according to taste. NOTE: works with 15 STR, 15 CHA quite as well, leaving more room for CON. Both CHA and STR have an uneven number of bonus items: CHA goes with +5 from cloak, +2 from hat, +4 from ring. STR goes for +5 from belt, +2 from gloves (this character should not use the epic +5 gloves) and a maximum of +2/+2 from rings/amulets. Hence, there's no real reason to give either ability score an even number.

If you go with 16/15 (+3 str, +2 cha) you get:
19+11 str=30
17+11 cha=28

With a two-handed weapon, you'll be attacking at:
BAB +16/+11/+6/+1
AB: 16+5(wep)+10(str)+3(bard song)+random misc =+34/+34/+29/+24/+19
Damage with two-handed: 1d12+15+5+3+1d6+9=42 average damage per hit, going for 5x42=210 damage a round if all strikes hit.

Meanwhile, your AC:
10+7+2+4+5+5+4+9+4=50
+Improved Invisibility
+Immunities

And of course, great saves and -10 to enemy AC with curse song/taunt.

Another note: Feats can be switched around, excluding power attack and cleave, and extend spell is a great feat choice as well. The BG levels have to be taken in that exact order.
